Also known as supplements or dietary supplements, Natural Health Products are made from naturally occurring substances which make a minimum of one health claim. These include the following product types:

An NPN Application Package with NOVA includes,
- Submission of a Product Licence application package for your Natural Health Product to Health Canada (including the research required if class III)
- Response to any of Health Canada’s additional questions regarding the product (sometimes IRNs – Information Request Notices – are received following application submission, we handle these at no additional cost)
- Bilingual Label Text Provided (once Product Licence is received from Health Canada)
- Two reviews for Label Compliance for your draft labels to ensure your product won’t be taken off the shelf due to non-compliance (this includes a draft review, then a final review, each conducted by a minimum of two of our regulatory professionals to ensure 100 % accuracy)
